Jeslyn Cash
I guess the art blood runs wilds in the Cash’s family. Jeslyn, Emory little sister definitely has an eye for art and photography. I’m totally impressed at how she capture people and their emotion; people are totally comfortable with her and her camera around. I believe that’s what makes her photos great. See more of Jeslyn stuff on her flickr page.
David Slone
Dear Future Me, go back to the past and kill Past Me and redeem the world from total destruction. Ahhhah, owww ahhh. I was just testing to see if you were Future Me; if you were, you would know that I was just kidding and not really dying or hurting. So if anyone else reads this do not worry, I am not dying. Just talking about one of my favorite artist, David Slone. I love David’s sense of exploration, most of the work that he puts out. are very new and modern/post modern/contemporary. His recent work, where he uses thick paint, and very expressive figures are great. David is also a talented Graphic Design and Illustrator. I recall him drawing a series of batman, one that comes to mind is a batman that was hit by the recession, so he has to work at McDonald; I guess a crime fighter detective who is a waiter that has a butler. Enjoy David’s stuff and visit his blog and website for more of really cool stuff.
Emory Cash
When I stare at other artist’s work that I admire, I sometime see myself staring back, weird huh? Emory is one of those artist that you sometimes can’t help but copy. He has an eclectic set of artistic skills: designer, illustrator, painter, and part-time dog lover. As far as I can see, he has tread the same road that I perhaps will be on / or is on. It is my hope that Emory will continue to illustrate, design and paint, and perhaps demonstrate and guide me through my journey as an artist. Like most artist, Emory will love to hear you say good stuff about his work, so check out his blog, and leave something for him to read. Take care and be inspired.
Christina Heaston
I’ve often find myself wondering what would my photographs look like if I had tried out photography instead of drawing or design. While there are uncertain questions, I know that I would want my work to look like this lady’s work, Christiana Heaston. It seem to me that she captures that evanescent moment in time when her subject has dwindled between opening up for the camera and revealing their true nature. Perhaps it is because of the saturation of some hues to bring out the more prominent hues. I especially love the photograph of the girl dividing the yellow wall and the violet door. As you can tell, I like Christiana’s work, if you do, too. Visit her website or blog, and write something nice. If you don’t tell her what she can do better.
Kim Bolton
Kim and I were really good friends back when we went to college. But that doesn’t mean I’m bias of her artwork. Okay, maybe a little, but she’s pretty damn good at what she does, and I wish she did more of this work. So this is what she did while she was in college. Pretty good, eh? I hear she’s working on some more stuff. Hopefully we’ll be the first to see it. So if you like her stuff and feel inspired by it, give her shout out and some encouragement.
Josh Rigsby
I’m not quit sure how life is so beautiful. Sometimes you admire stuff that you cannot do. I like Josh Rigsby photography because it sings to me; it really does bring out the essence of the human being. As incredible as his photography, I also find that his illustrations and design skills are as good as his photography skills. I guess when you’re as good as he is, you can pick the greenest grass. So I have found Josh’s stuff inspiring, check out more of it at his website and blog.
Mollie Hyder
Before I lost all my stuff to the mistake of the century ah hum… deleting my database to my website, I had post by Mollie. An incredible painter, Mollie is able to capture the realism ordinary object.
